Andree was born on the streets of El Paso Texas. She was born and educated at Chihuahua Mexico. Her family has entertainment genes. From the time she was a kid her family was surrounded by hosts of TV shows for example, her younger sister Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! She grew up around television hosts like her sister, Karla Martinez. (Host Despierta American on Univision! Andrew Martinez, vice president for Safety, Security as well as Business Resiliency is one of the biggest electric utilities in the US. He oversees SCE's policies and programs focused on worker safety corporate security and business resiliency which are all key priorities for SCE. Martinez provides safety managers with their mentorship and training programs that to help them achieve their workgroup safety goals. Martinez served as director for Safety Training and Compliance in Transmission & Distribution for SCE prior to his current position. In the past, he was director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. During the 30 years he spent at SCE, Martinez served in various roles of leadership within programs aimed towards improving the performance of employees and implementing the corrective measures. These included roles in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS that focused on the protection for employees as well as the public.
